“ I recently visited Ms. Margot's coffee shop at the lobby of the Hilton and had a wonderful experience! The service was top-notch - friendly and attentive staff made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere was modern and sleek, with comfortable seating that invited me to linger over my coffee. I loved the artwork on display, which added a touch of personality to the space. But what really impressed me was the cleanliness and comfort of the air-conditioned environment - a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle outside. “ Always appreciative of cafes open beyond 4pm :) This place has some great hot beverages and the service is especially exceptional. Kudos to the male barista, whose name we don’t remember, but he made our visit memorable with his kind service. ”

“ Very nice cocktails here and very friendly staff. Apart from fun and a bit noisy bars also just in the centre of Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise, we chose here to enjoy our cocktails in super nice, small and quiet place. It was located inside Hilton hotel and it was not busy at all. Their signature cocktails are $22/ea and classic cocktails are $21/ea. Highly recommend to try all of their signature cocktails because all of them were so great. We tried 4 of them and was so impressed by the taste. Love it so much. However, the toilet there is just for hotel customers, so you can use the one in Paradise Centre which is a short walk from the bar. ”

“ A very nice Cafe in the foyer of the Hilton Surfers Paradise. The food is fresh and well presented. It is the perfect balance of tastes, without being overwhelming. The staff are friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive until you leave. The food is a little over priced, but you are paying for the service and convenience. Meals are ready quickly and there are a range of seating options available. ”

“ Came here for a coffee and to work from my laptop for a few days and great quiet spot in surfers. Comfy chairs, power point next to tables, nice smooth almond latte coffee. Also got some sweet potato chips which were good too, but they don’t have any light vegan options which was disappointing. Staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“ MS MARGOT’S @ms.margots Location: Gold Coast, 6 Orchid Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 Rating: 4.5/5 close your eyes and think of a delicious meal…pretty cocktails…beautiful and classy atmosphere… open your eyes and you’re at @ms.margots !we were kindly invited and had a wonderful dining experience at their location which is within the lobby of @hiltonsurfersparadise we got: bao bun (soft shell crab and pork belly): my eyes instantly travelled to this item on their menu and knew i had to get it! i wasn’t disappointed at all, super soft bun with a refreshing salad and dressing! the soft shell crab was flavorful and yum, but the pork belly stole the show for me, it was filled with smoky flavours and was delicious! spanner crab cake: i was very intrigued by this and curious how it would look and taste, and it was beautifulthe cake itself was filled with so much crab, we quickly inhaled this! it had miso mayo on the top and elevated the taste of this dish! halloumi fries: i’ve had plenty of halloumi fries before, and thought it would be the same as other places, oh my was i wrong, this had pickled figs and honeycomb, and it paired with the halloumi incredibly!i haven’t had much experience with figs before but this definitely was a call for me to try more! oysters: we got one of each on their menu, natural, kilpatrick and tempura with wakame, the tempura one was very unique and i haven’t seen this anywhere else~! debbie after dark and strawberry kiss: i spotted this purple cocktail on their IG a couple weeks ago and was eager to have such a pretty cocktailoooo debbie is a strong one, deliciously dangerous~the strawberry mocktail was pretty nice~ conclusion, i really recommend @ms.margots they have such exquisite aesthetics and presentation, their location is as beautiful as their fooda lovely spot to visit if you’re down at the coast! ”
